Delete Your Account

You can delete your AfriShop account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either option below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete from your account (instant)

1. Log in to your account on afrishop.com.au or in the AfriShop app
2. Open your profile and go to the Dashboard tab
3. Scroll to Delete Account and confirm

Option 2 — Email us

If you can no longer access your account, email admin@afrishop.com.au from the email address registered to the account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone), saved delivery addresses, cart, wishlist, product reviews and app device tokens are permanently removed.

Records of completed orders may be retained where required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations under Australian law; they are no longer linked to an active account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
